Spread across three levels, Villa Filippa can accommodate up to 8 guests — ideal for families or groups of friends. The villa includes:

Ground Floor
- A fully equipped white kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and all essential cooking utensils
- Dining area with a wooden table and six chairs
- An ochre-colored bathroom with a shower
- Two cozy bedrooms:
- One with a metal double bed and a bunk bed
- A second, traditionally styled room with a 30m metal bed, a 3-seat sofa, a small round table, two chairs, a decorative fireplace (non-functional), and four windows adorned with Cycladic white curtains
First Floor
This level serves as the main social hub of the house and features:
- A second entrance from the back alley
- A living room with two Laura Ashley sofas (3-seat and 2-seat)
- A large flat-screen TV with internet/cable access and a stereo system
- A dining area with an expandable wooden table (4 to 8 seats)
- Luxurious finishes such as marble flooring, bronze chandeliers with crystals, original countryside paintings by the family matriarch, and Cycladic curtains

Second Floor
The top level includes:
- A wooden double-bed bedroom with closet and drawers
- An aquamarine bathroom with shower and washing machine
- A traditional 3-seat couch that converts into a double bed with additional closet space
- A small private storage room (not accessible to guests)
The smaller balcony on this floor offers breathtaking panoramic views of the village and extends to the sea—perfect for a quiet breakfast, sunset drink, or evening relaxation.

Important Tips for Your Stay
- Book ferry tickets early, especially during peak seasons, as Kythnos is a popular getaway close to Athens.
- Traveling from Lavrio port is quicker (1 hr 45 min) and more economical (~€17) than from Piraeus (3 hrs 30 min, ~€30).
- Bring or rent a vehicle in advance. Public transport is limited and taxis are few, with fares averaging €15 for short trips.
- No cars are allowed inside Chora. Please bring a rolling carry-on suitcase for convenience.
- Public parking is available at the entrance of Chora.
- Waste management: There are no garbage bins inside Chora. Please separate recyclables and biological waste, and dispose of them at the parking area where bins are located.
Exploring Kythnos from Chora
Chora is the perfect starting point to explore the island:
- On the way to Chora, visit Apokrousi Beach (the longest on the island), Fikiada, and the iconic Kolona Beach, where sea surrounds both sides of a sandy strip.
- From the opposite turn, head to Dryopida, another central village, and explore nearby beaches like Agios Stefanos, Lefkes, Zogaki, and Naousa.
- Continue south to visit the revered Church of Panagia Kanala, and enjoy nearby beaches such as Megali Ammos, Ammoudaki, and Antonides.
- A short drive beyond Chora brings you to Loutra, a quaint port village with a marina, tavernas, and shops.
